Getting Started

We are happy that you would like to enroll with our center. You will be able to access all the necessary paperwork to enroll from this link. Please make sure your child meets the following requirements for enrollment:

• Be 6 weeks of age for our infant program or 4 years old by September 1 for Pre-K
• A completed form 3231 for immunizations
• A completed Enrollment Form
• A signed policies and procedures form
• a birth certificate and social security card for PreK
• A completed transportation form for children over 4 years old
• Any medical information regarding your child’s special medical needs
• Other paperwork as applicable
